Please just get in touch with us at returns@period.co to start your exchange.

  • All international returns and exchanges are subject to a $10.00 (USD) restocking and customs fee

  • Items must be clean and unworn for an exchange.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a The Period Company E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

  • Customers are able to return items within 60 days from when the order was received. After 60 days, a purchase/return is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • The Period Company is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Please return to the address below:

  • Once The Period Company receives your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the same email used to purchase the order.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The Period Company is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Period Company will not issue store credit for your returns.
