Shipping Address:
We are unable to edit the address once an order has been placed. With that being said, please send us an email to returns@period.co and we'll see what we can do. For future orders, please update your account settings.

The Period Company is unable to speak with the carrier directly regarding address change requests and is not responsible for any packages lost-in-transit. Please use the tracking number provided to make an attempt to reach out directly to the carrier with your address update The carrier will be able to provide you with available options for your request to update your address, however this will depend on the carrier's ability to do so.

If the package is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Sender, store credit will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping costs once the package is delivered and processed by our Returns Department. We encourage you to continuously track your order while in transit!

Billing Address:
We are unable to make changes to your billing address on your order. With that being said, please send us an email to returns@period.co and we'll see what we can do. For future orders, please update your account settings.

If this mistake causes a delay in your order being processed and/or the package leaving our Distribution Center, we will be sure to contact you via email. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam (junk mail) for an email from The Period Company if in case this happens. Should you receive any email from us regarding a delay, please respond in timely manner to ensure we are able to address any concerns.
